Coping with Grief through the Holidays
Part 2: Sunday, December 10th from 1:00pm-3:00pm in the Adult Space
Presented by Mary Jean Gandolfo, Ed D., LCSW, GC-C
Loss is an inevitable part of life; grief is a natural part of the healing process. You will never get over your loss. Instead, you will grow through it. Grief does not pause during the holidays. The holidays can be a painful reminder of the people you have lost.
Join us for "Surviving the Holidays" to learn how to coexist with your grief. It is not letting go of the person; it's letting go of the grief.
