2026-27 CEF Applications will be available October 15, 2025.
Applying is easy using our Online Application
Step 1 Create an Account
Create an account through our online application with FACTS and begin a new application.
You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
Step 2 Submit Application
Once complete, with all required documents included, submit the application.
Priority Deadline is October 15th
Step 3 Pay Application Fee
Enter payment for the non-refundable application fee (per student) online.
You can print a copy of the completed forms and start a new application for another student (if applicable).

Our Lady of Lourdes school uniforms should be purchased from Shaheen’s located at
994 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville, KY 40207.

Safe Environment Training
The Archdiocese of Louisville is committed to ensuring that children and youth who worship, study or participate in church-sponsored activities can do so in the safest and most secure setting possible. In an effort to fulfill this commitment, all employees or volunteers who have contact with children or youth (18 and under) for ANY length of time are required to participate in one of the 2-hour Safe Environment Training Workshops.
